Dear BBB,
I am writing to bring a serious issue to your attention. It's about the
termination of Nature Made reward point program. I feel it's unfair for
loyal customers and sincerely ask for your support.
On Feb 4, Nature Made claimed that their reward point program will end on
April 30, 2015. However, by doing this only three months ahead, they did not
give customers enough time to redeem the remaining points.
Only as much as 800 points can be redeemed every month and loyal customers
like me usually have several thousands points. With only three times of
redemption given by them without any other option, I and many customers who
hold lots of points will see the hardly-earned points SINK to the bottom for
nothing!
Nature made claims that the new program will convert the remaining points
left in accounts into sweepstakes. Sweepstakes? Dear Nature Made, I do not
want sweepstake! I want my points to be redeemed for product coupons.
Please investigate this issue and I appreciate your efforts.
