之前deal被cancel了好多1刀，2刀，3刀的东西
上个月底收到一单的refund，之后就再也没有refund了，还欠我两单的refund（近10个
item）呢。。

没有，打了好几个电话了，每次都耗时几十分钟，电话转来转去，一点用也没有，上周
打电话说是我的那单refund在出错的list上还是啥的，给reissue了，但是又十天了还
是没收到。不知道到底怎么样才能拿回refund了，对它家好失望

是的，上周被转了一个客服貌似很懂的样子，说很多人都没收到，你的单是其中之一，
会reissue blah blah, 结果10天过去了依旧没有

我也是差了两单整10刀的，客服回答说近期会寄，如果月底还没收到再联系他们，相当
不靠谱。

写信问他们说这是第三方管的，他们查不到，给了个电话，我一直没时间打

更新下，周一打电话给gap 客服提供的电话，刚接通就给接到gap。com的客服，说会有
人调查，今天收到一个电话，说会把所有refund合在一个gc寄过来。
如果还有人没收齐refund，可以打电话去gap.com，好像有很多人有这个问题，都不用
怎么费口舌，客服都知道是怎么回事。。。

2周以前，在我一周反应3次之后，有人很认真的打电话告诉我，会给我寄卡，然后lz就
写出来差不多的更新。可是现在2周过去了，我啥都没收到啊

今天又打了电话，汇报一下。mail center的人说查不到这个订单信息，gap.com的人表
示不知道为什么查不到，客服权限很小，查了半天没办法给我解决，转去research
dept,然后说调查了给我打过来，且等着吧。整个过程花了45分钟，还是拿不到钱。
