gophone老用户能利用这个换个新手机吗？把卡费冲到老号码里，还是必须激活信卡号
，费用也必须充在新卡号？另外这个每月的月费是在月底扣吗？为什么check out的时
候说现在只要交手机和充值卡的钱，包月的费用在30以后付，难道不是直接从卡里扣掉
吗？
