事情的经过是这样的，有兴趣的讨论一下，这中间的损失谁来承担，应该怎么解决？
1. buyer 07/09/2012 买了我一台电脑， 07/10/2012 寄出， 07/12/2012 deliver
with signature.
2. buyer 07/16 发信说没有收到，buyer信里错别字很多，不过不影响阅读。
Hi, On tracking it's whowing it's devliverd on 12 July by Fedx but I
didn't recieived any thing till now.
Could you please track of this item and do the needfull As soon as possible.

3. 7/16/2012，我说我会file FedEx claim, 如果fedex说送错了的话，我会refund，
你自己先买个电脑用，customer 不干，立刻file AZ claim, 第二天amazon close了AZ。
That will not make any sense for me to pay two times for one Item.
Otherthing I already have planned to international travel so I can't wait
for two weeks.
Request you to processing my refund or resend the item and you can settle
with Fedx.
Please do the needful.
4. 7/16 我file了fedex claim, 8/6 收到结果， claim denied. 其间buyer每隔几天
骚扰一次。我告诉他fedex说没有deliver错，让他自己找fedex问问，他不干。这个
buyer看起来不像evil, 也真的挺可怜，不过我也不知道怎么帮他。
I ordered so many things as of now...Only this package how come miss from my
end.
You can check my track on amazon purchase. This is only package which I
didnt received.
For claim with fedx I don't think I will be entitled for claim with Fedx.
you are the seller you have to settled down with your carrier. I am the
customer who paid amount and struggling last one month to get my stuff.
It should be settled between Amazon, Fedx and seller not to customer Please
take on priority and resolve the issue ASAP.
