从drop off的当天晚上就开始打电话, 甚至投递当天的早上打, online tracking 已经
显示 on FedEx vehicle for delivery了, 接电话的大妈还信誓旦旦的说已经通知到了
, 不用担心. 结果半小时后就看到已经deliver了.

同样的遭遇。
奇怪的是HP cancel我的单子的时候，call back 很及时啊。每次都及时call back。

你通过了terminal的manager? 如果manager通知了driver,还是有可能能要回来了。不
然，就没戏了。
好像UPS的系统更强点？

没有. 我给大妈说你给terminal打电话确认一下吧, 她说不用, 这个已经搞定了...MD,
还是该再坚持的

terminal是最有效的。不过一定要在当地时间8:00am上班后及时处理才行。fedex那些
CSR确实说话都没有谱。

ups call back, driver can't deliver that package because the handheld gun wo
n't let him do so

我有一次call ups for pickup, 结果人家local manager 一个电话, driver一天内两
次deliver. 感动死了

同样遭遇
不过ground callback技术上本来就不可行，CS根本无法也不会联系那些driver，你说
怎么搞？如果CS天天跟driver联系，driver根本没法好好干活。

csr connnect local station directly, then you talk to the local manager, in
this case, local manager can call driver directly to intercept the package f
or you, other than that, all in dream

I recently tried to call back a package after the package was drop-offed and
headed to the local Fedex ground station.
I called FedEx 800 first, the representative said he will let the package
ship back to the return address directly (not to 科长's address).
I then called the local terminal, the customer representative she cannot
arrange the package to be sent back to the return address. However, she can
hold the package at the local terminal so that I can pick it up next day (I
called at 6pm, the local terminal is close at 7pm).
It seems that the local terminal tried to hold the package. But the package
left the local terminal at 11.50pm anyway.
I called FedEx 800 again next day, the representative said the package was
moving and cannot be called back until it reached the destination terminal.
She then held my call and called the destination terminal. After that call,
she said the package will be returned to the return address in the label.
It seems that the package is going to be returned to me today.
It is very frustrating to call back a Fedex package.
