问：sprint老的iphone （没有卡的），说是可以用在ringplus上，不知道需要解锁还
是contract结束后不解锁直接可用？

没卡的应该不能上lte，我觉得可以直接用，不过好像contract结束以后才行
实在不行你就先注册那个全免费的不要信用卡的试试先，最后再升级就行了

contract早结束了，尽管还在付sprint的高额帐单。
已经上了ringplus，过几天cancel sprint的电话。看那个就iphone能用不（在
ringplus的网上查过，可以用）。就是不知道需不需要unlock那个iphone。。。。。

it might work. Just try to check the imei on ring+.
At least my boost mobile (from radioshack @ 9.99
long time ago, got 6 months of netflix) worked.

be activated on RingPlus (there are no exceptions). The most common reasons
phones are not eligible to be activated are:
1. The device is a refurbished pre-owned or new prepaid Sprint (and Sprint
MVNOs) phone which has not been previously active on Sprint for at least 12
months without interruption.
2. The device is a refurbished or pre-owned post paid Sprint (and Sprint
MVNOs) phone which has not been paid off in-full without any financial
obligations to Sprint from the original owner, and it must have been active
on the Sprint network for at least 6 months without interruption.
3. The device is not Sprint branded, or has been declared lost or stolen.

我自己是跟别人的family plan。现在父母过来，想弄个免费的给他们用用。
这个ringplus我以前就关注过，但是一直不知道怎么弄。现在手边有t mobil没开封的
sim卡。然后看了版上大家的回帖，今早就去bestbuy买的没开封的moto e手机。
现在就傻了。
我现在怎么把这两个弄到一起去注册这个新出的plan呢。完全不知道怎么做，就怕弄错
了。
打电话去t mobil激活还是直接ringplus注册呢？
希望有好心mm给指导一下。。。

看来你啥都不懂啊，没时间去学习的话我给你一些建议：
1）RINGPLUS用的SPRINT 网络，所以你那T-MOBILE卡，或者手机根本没用
2）现在最简单的方法就是去BESTBUY买MOTO E SPRINT手机，$39.99，拿回来不要开机
，直接到RINGPLUS.NET网站，点上面菜单的BYOD，然后“CHECK YOUR DEVICE"，根据提
示把你手机盒子上面的MEID输入，然后根据提示一步一步操作，直至你付钱完成开新的
LINE。
3) 充电，开机，手机会自动进行UPDATE，立马可用。
4）其它高级问题到PREPAID版考古
注意：这次的促销好像是在LZ贴的网页，也许要从那个网页开始申请，并完成一些其它
步骤。

提醒大家注意：这个PLAN好像没有提到是否FREE TETHERING INCLUDED。
对于MOTO E 手机，如果R+ PLAN 是包括免费TETHERING的话，要把ANDROID升级到5.1就
可以在手机菜单里面打开WIFI HOTSPOT。如果PLAN不包括的话，看PREPAID版上说，好
像要做手机ROOT等。

可是最后一步老是出错，每次还都charge我23刀的topup fee.
如何解决？
我还有一部Verizon的iPhone6 用的tmobile 的prepaid sim card, 但iccid 只有19位
R＋硬要20位的ID，如何破？

自己回复一下：
The device can not be active with Sprint. You need a spare Sprint device to
activate with R+, then port your number to that device and then do an ESN
swap. Or...... open a support ticket to get them to help with a number
transfer and ESN swap. They most likely will use a dummy ESN to port your
number to and then likewise do a ESN swap.
Port in is $8 and ESN swap $1.
是不是说必须是没有在sprint active 的手机才可以注册R＋？那ESN SWAP后这个spare
sprint device 还能不能
用在别的carrier上？还是就废了？或者我用dummy phone换掉在sprint上注册的active
device，然后直接注册
R＋？

Sprint's SIM have a 20-digit ICCID number.
you will need a 436C SIM card, nothing else will work with the iPhone 6.
The full name of the sim is SIMGLW436C. You can get one from your local
Apple store.
