收到一个新的信用卡申请表格，2% rewards bonuses，但是有一个附加条款：
"The 2% and 3% category rewards bonuses apply on up to $2,500 in combined
quarterly spend in those categories."
请问这是什么意思？
是说：我每个季度的最高限额是2% X $2,500 in combined quarterly spend？
还是说，我们每个季度最低消费必须要$2,500才能领到rewards bonuses？
