I will attend a business dinner with people from a potential partner company
in. My company host. I'm the most junior one. I will go with 2 directors
and one person from business develops. I have never attended this kind of
dinner before.
My question:
Should I do 4-course or just entrée?
I probably can wait and see what other people do, but I'm afraid they will
ask me to order first. I'm female.

someone else will probably ask whether to order appetizers for the table.
for you, can order a salad or soup, then an entree. after the entree,
see whether others want desserts or not and go with them.
