请问一下各位：
六月一号寄出申请了，到现在还是pending,
OPT八月底就要expire了，要不要加急？
还是再等两个星期？
这种情况正常嘛？如果八月底前没收到approval notice，有多长时间grace period?

me 2. I found someone submitted this April are still pending. I plan to
premium process, I pay 1k by myself next week maybe. You can continue to
stay here until it is approved. But you can not get paid if you are in non-
profit comp or univ.

拖着不批，明摆着就是要1000块钱啊。
