一直在想个问题，做了一些前期的Research，觉得在Delaware和Nevada设立LLC比较合
适。问题是，家在新泽西，如果注册LLC在特拉华或者内华达，那运营地在新泽西，是
不是需要个certificate才可以在新泽西运营？

多谢，请问您是这么干的，还是您听说有人这么干的，大概什么时候，
我听说mexico以前可以，现在就不给签第一次h1b.

I did it five years ago. But you can make an inquiry call to the American
Embassy in SG, and receptist there is always friendly and helpful as long as
you understand her/him. Singlish sometimes is difficult to understand. You
will see once you get to sg.
