那就慢慢学着看英文呗。其实很简单的。
你打印出来，不认识的单词标出来。看10个不同菜谱。常见的单词也就认识了。
你要是需要的话，我这里 有英文的慢炖锅菜谱，PDF的，可以发给你。EMAIL。

我经常用来炖汤喝
