Hello Wendy ,
I have a question for tax return.
We early withdraw from my husband retirement plan on February 2015, the
plan is 401 (a) .
so, at first , I think this has nothing to do with my tax return 2014.
But after I just submit my federal tax return this morning, I think this
may be considered in From 8880.
Form 8880 Line 4 :
Enter the total amount of distributions you, and your spouse if filing
jointly, received after 2011 and before the due date of your 2014 return (
including extensions) from any of the following types of plans. •
Traditional or Roth IRAs. • 401(k), 403(b), governmental 457, 501(c)(
18)(D), SEP, or SIMPLE plans. • Qualified retirement plans as defined
in section 4974(c) (including the federal Thrift Savings Plan).
do you think I should include this in Form 8880 Line 4?
Thank you.
