我10月末提交的J1豁免申请。上周决定将J1先transfer到其他的学校后再豁免。于是就
给纽约中心打电话叫把Case hold住等我拿到新的ds2019表再继续。
今天n中心给我打电话。叫我搞清楚我后来transfer是第一j1 签证的延期还是一个新的
J1。这个怎么定义延期还是新的J1?
我问中心的人她说我自己最清楚。这个要去哪里问才知道呢谢谢。我现在是J1的第
二年。

大雪封山，挖了几天人算是能出去了车还出不去。

program number. If it is the same J1, the program number should be the same
even after the transfer.
if the 2nd school generate a 2nd program number, then it is a 2nd J1 which
you should avoid.

I called the new university, they said the program numbers have to be
changed......because totally different programs.
