1) I can change the pre-tax 401k money to roth 401k
2) after termination of employment, I can roll pre-tax 401k money to IRA,
and then I can change the IRA to roth IRA.
Of course I need to pay tax.
Is my understanding correct?

08年10月13号到的，比peak晚了两天。版上当时有好几个人在之前两天去的，时间刚好
。shadowleaves 就是比我早两天去的，我当时还给他打电话，问情况怎么样。
到了后的感觉是，比高峰晚两天还成，红叶很多都落了，或者枯了，成了褐色，但还能
找到东西照。但再晚一天好像就很难了。哪个地方太靠北了，所以一旦冷起来，很快。
还有就是风大，用慢速胶卷拍很费劲。这个shadowleaves好像也说过同样的话。
回来后打算自己洗，一直由于各种原因没弄，前几天刚洗好。先贴两张。扫描尽量接近
底片的效果。

sorry, forget the NOT
basically, only after the termination, you can roll over, and then covert to
roth IRA.
No other way, it that correct?

pre-tax的不能rollover成roth，除了一个例外, which does not apply to your case
