offer letter里有一段话：
Your base salary and corporate incentive target will be maintained through
the 2-year program, including merit pay increases and changes in exchange
rate between the US dollar and Chinese Yuan.
合同里也有一段话：
During the program, Party A shall continue to pay Party B his/her salary at
the same amount before the program starts. The benefits which Party B is
entitled before the program starts shall be remain unchanged during the
period of the program.
这两段话好像有些矛盾啊。这到底是说在这2年管培期间，薪水是固定不变的呢，还是
有机会涨呢？我知道每年3月会根据performance review来定奖金，但是忘了问涨工资
的事。
ps，这2年管培是1年在美国，1年在中国，所以offer里提到了汇率
