现在有一块地不错一个NPO的空地
不在Subdivision里是resential zoning
打算把地先cash买了过两年贷款再盖房
请问这样需要买Title Insurance吗？Home Ins肯定不用了吧
另外这两年除了地税还有什么注意事项。

就是order cancel以后
ebates被cancel的可能性多大？

what kind of zoning is that? buying a vacant land is easy if you have the
cash. the hard part is to find out whether you can get the building permit
for the house you want to built or not. further more, you need to find out
where all the utilities are, any restrictions on the land for any purposes
etc. as for title, you will need the owner's policy but not the lender's
since you don't have one yet.
