真的受打击了
今早收到了一个邮件
我在上学时候系里的一个小印 人不错 但是就是不愿意干活
每次项目都是我带他 然后他跟着我打酱油
信得内容是 他们几个人拉了2.4m的funding 他是CTO
招个人去组建engineering team 让我当director
一方面比较欣慰他还想到我 一方面觉得自己混的真的是一般
系里同年毕业的硕士 现在出了4个startup
我的境遇或许是很多中国留学生的境遇吧
工作比较稳定 做些技术性的工作 发展有限
是soft skill呢 还是意识不够
不要说我上班偷懒 现在午休呢

一般银行要一段时间才能批，那么如果买家在此期间改变主意，能无损退出么（即不丢
失押金）？ 如果能，那买家和卖家所签合同有什么意义？ 因为条款规定在此期间卖
家有权（不一定非要这么做）继续向其他人兜售和签约，所以对卖家约束不大，如果买
家也可以随时退出， 那这个和约有什么约束力？
有人说如果银行过期而没有批，那时买家可以无损退出，之前不能，是这样么？

就是说你已经交押金了？Short sale在approval之前最好不要交押金。

即使不交押金，法律上讲，只要合同有效，你就得负责吧？当然，卖家如果不追究，可
能你就走运了。但，如果他肯追究，是不是你就得负责吧？

that will depend on how your contract has been written. most states have a
special addendum for SS to deal with situation just like that. check with
your agent and see what kind of protection you will have.

但我咋觉得现在满大街都是 cloud 和 Mobile 的startup，和.com泡沫有一比。但愿我

I read that addendum carefully. It clearly indicates that if the approval
letter from lenders does not arrive by a specific date, either the seller
and the buyer can cancel the contract without penalty. However, it does not
instruct what should occur if cancellation before that date. Mixed answers
are given from agents and online. That's why I am asking here, though I
think, by law, the seller has the right to keep your earnest money if buyer
quits before approval, otherwise, the contract has no binding effect, though
in realty, many agents may just not understand the articles well, or they
know buyers always can utilize the contingencies to quit.

if the set date has been passed already, you then should be able to cancel
the whole thing. most likely it hasn't really started yet at bank's end. so
you should be OK. talk to your agent.

确实满大街都是 以amazon ec2为核心 mobile为基本点

为什么开公司的就比你上班混的好？
这个公司是给穷国提供转账平台的，有多大市场先不说，要转变穷国的思想观念，技术
手段，政策环境都有很长的路要走。 做这种业务不是靠个人怜悯个人故事拍脑袋出
来个点子最后就能成功的。 就像这么多人志愿涌去援助非洲，非洲也未见得比以前有
多好。
我觉得看问题还是要辩证一点， 别这山望着那山高的。 拿多少funding什么都说明不
了，能不能盈利是另外一回事。而且，真的是“they know what they want”么？很多
开公司也我们一样只是为了留在美国而已
