要给儿子办旅行证，查了领事馆的网站，发现旅行证的照片要求：小二寸（48mmX33mm)
，这个没问题，容易；头部宽度21-24mm/头部长度28-33mm，满足这个要求有点费劲，
我儿子脑袋比较大，脸也比较圆，满足了这项，那项就得超点。办过旅行证的童鞋说说
经验吧。
难道还得过去直接照的说？陌生人给小孩子照相可不容易啊。

小孩子的比例满足不了要求的。我当时大致剪裁了一下。他们也没有刁难。哦，是没有

据说拍得再好都不行，只有使馆里8块钱拍的才能过关。
或许会对小孩子放松些？

中国外交部就是一帮弱智. 各人头型不一样,咋么可以要求BOTH 头部宽度 AND 头部长
度?
US DOS 就要求一个:

我当时给孩儿申请旅行证剪裁照片的时候就在想，制定这规矩的人，要么没有孩子，要
么孩子长了张驴脸。。。
