一个postdoc的offer
还没有收到官方offer letter or email，结果小米就给我一个DS2019的申请表格。想
问一下，我这种情况下表格应该填吗？还是收到offer letter决定接受工作之后再填？

Dear XXX,
That information is just start the preparation of DS-2019. As soon as
the letter is done, I will send it via e-mail and the original will come
together with your visa. There is some information like the date of birth
which I don't have and I need that to start.
