一个月前不小心存了一张支票，大概 4000 多刀。
如果 underwritting 是不能解释这张支票来源，贷款会被拒吗
银行里的钱其实是够的，扣掉这个钱也足够 cover closing cost（我们需要 pay down）
能让银行扣掉这张支票的钱，只看其余的吗

还没有 lock
这个是我表弟该拿的支票，他当时还没有银行帐号，所以在背面签了一下，存到我银行
里的。
支票是公司帐号开出来的。

不过，如果LZ账户里的钱远远多于$5K，那lender确实是可能不care这个deposit的。

如果可以避免用这个账户是最好的。
如果，令表弟现在已经有账户了，那就把钱转出去，之后写explanation letter，照实说，并请令表弟签字。或者根本就写2封解释信。
如果LZ没有hold这笔钱很久，应该还是可被接受的。
如果LZ当时是取了cash给了令表弟，应该也是有transaction可循的吧。

我的钱都已经挪到这里了，没别的银行帐号可用
这次要paydown 5万，加上 closing cost，应该还有一两万的剩余。
去年我替表弟叫了 4 千左右的房租，他刚好有这笔钱就还我了。
是一个月前的事情了。
实在不行，只能再等两个月了

实说，并请令表弟签字。或者根本就写2封解释信。
