I am totally with you in this issue. I see a lot of ppl asking for clues and
stuff but the fact remains the same. Also some of you are concerned abt
prez going on vacation. please note that he has done his part. It is now in
the hands of DHS/USCIS.
I can tell you guys this, From what I heard,this rule is not getting
published alone. It will be in conjuncture with others. Do not ask me what
when and where. Just hold on you guys will come to know soon.

跟无证移民的rule一起颁布，还是OPT EXTENSION到四年的rule？
我也感觉这个rule不太可能单独出现，总要夹带点什么私货

H1B加名额吧
原因是，除了去年的H1B cap没有提前公布
其他过往年份H1B的新财年名额都是在12月放假前公布的

Oh上称Pre-registration不是最先出来，但是看架势很快会出来。感觉烙印网站开始吹
风了呢！何也！明年的预算大单落实了，EA已无悬念，时不可待，2016大选的号角，伴随
着EA滚滚的车轮吹响了。

No. AILA reports from its communication with Mr. Oppenheim of the State
Department that the immigration executive action will not impact cut-off
date movement ahead. Even though the Executive Actions included in broad
plans 'preregistration' of adjustment of status applications (I-485) with
accompanying benefits of EAD applications for people waiting for the
priority dates, the impact will be limited to USCIS filings and will not
allow them to apply for immigrant visas until their priority dates become
current. For the reason, it will not affect the priority dates.
Still, initiation of the preregistration of I-485 with accompanying EAD
application opportunies would give a tremendous benefits to the foreign
workers, particularly their accompanying family members, but the USCIS
failed to include this part of the immigration actions in its initial
announcement of its plans. Considering, however, that the initial
announcement did not necessarily cover all the actions the USCIS would take
as part of the Obams immigration actions, it appears that the relief of '
preregistration of I-485 applications for the visa number waiters' may be
forthcoming, albeit not necessarily in priority.
It is thus imperative that for the foreign workers and their family
members to get relief from the current 'choked' employment-based immigration
system, the Republican Congress should work hard next year to pass
employment-based immigration reform bills and the President should sign such
bills. Otherwise, these 'legal' immigrants will suffer from the chocked
legal employment-based immigration systems even for decades to come, waiting
in the endless long lines.

soon and expected 15th Jan), rather then speculating over any event in this

从来不喜欢三哥，可是这说的，真是赞，特别是最后两段。
Dear BeLoyal
This is land of immigrants. This country provides opportunities to
immigrants and in return immigrants help this country prosper.
Any political issue of this country whether "Gun Violence", "Immigration",
or "Environment Protection" is my issue.
I came to this country legally 14 years ago on F1- visa after completing my
graduation in India.
I have not committed any crime and neither do I intend to.
I have been paying in excess of $100K in taxes every year to this country
for past few years that helps in paying Obama's salary.
I have led the R&D department of a company that helped retain jobs for US
workers, otherwise the project would have been outsourced to India.
I have anchor kids so sooner or later I will become US citizen.
I donate money to NGOs in India to fix problems that India is facing. (lacs
of rupees just as a pay-back to the nation where I learnt the VALUES of life
).
I am not trying to brag, just reminding you.... What have you done so far
for India or US????
Whether we live in India or US we need to follow politics very closely
because all our power is vested in our politicians.
They will try to steer us in their way and we need to steer them in our way.
For them placing 'illegal immigrants' in front of 'legal immigrants' is a
way to win votes. We need to remind them that we are watching and assessing.
Sooner or later we will be voting as well!!!

每年都能交100k以上的税的主完全可以用EB5保底，估计参与EB2/3就是为以后从政练手

你得多无知才能得出结论新的rule会包括H1B加名额。这东西奥巴无权动的，必须通过
国会立法。另外H1B cap什么时候需要提前公布了，法律限的死死的每年6万+2。5万的
名额。国会不通过新法律，每年如此。

你得多无知不知道曾经小bush就是签了个字就通过加名额？
我亲自（去年），查过USCIS的news press（追述回几年前），清清楚楚的以前的11月
底12月公布过当年cap你查过么？你没查过你叫唤什么？
