几乎所有的网申都要问
Are you legally eligible for employment within the U.S?
Will you now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for continued
employment in the U.S.?
在校国际学生，毕业需要sponsor H1B的，应该如何回答？
我一直是填 yes yes，面试啥的也没碰到过问题
今天突然有人和我说应该填 no yes，是这样么？

已经有h1的，需要h1 transfer的应该是yes/yes
学生恐怕是no/yes
不过可以先填yes/yes,recruiter问你了再谈

有OPT就算legal啊。。。当然是yes/yes了。

看这里的第一个问题：

position. It states on the posting that “Candidates must be eligible to
work in the U.S. for other than practical training.” Can I apply?
既然有雇主问“eligible to work in the U.S. for other than practical training
”，那就说明CPT/OPT也算是eligible的一种。
退一步，就算大家理解不同，如果你的理解F1应该选yes，hr的理解是F1应该选no，也
顶多在搞清楚之后决定是考虑给你h1b还是据了你
但是如果你的理解是F1必须选no，hr的理解是F1应该选yes，那你选个no，hr就觉得你
连cpt/opt都搞不了，得给你sponsor h1b不说，还得等h1b生效你才能工作，后果可以
想象。。。
