The lawyer hired by my company is really stupid of making such basic mistake
. It seems I need to restart the process from beginning.
Just remind anyone who is applying for perm, please double check this.
Your Application for Permanent Employment Certification was not certified
due to the following:
Denial Reason;
Neither the earliest date listed for a recruitment step on ETA Form 9089,
February 1, 2014 listed in 1.15, nor the date the application was filed July
16, 2014 fall within the Prevailing Wage Determination validity period of
February , 2014 to June 30, 2014. This indicates the employer did not begin
recruitment, nor file the application during the Prevailing Wage
Determination period.

我那个新k-x快门数是2702刚来的时候，我就看了第一张图片的编号，没有用啥软件。
这样的情况正常么？还是我看快门数的方法不对啊？

可能的话下次多参与到申请过程中，这种错误通过看PWRD和ETA9089自己是可以发现的

那是延续了你存储卡里的编号。正确的做法是下载一个EXIFTOOL小软件，打开图片，找
到SHUTTER COUNT。

律师怎么说？
感觉USCIS这个理由有问题啊。
PWD是2/2014 - 6/2014，你广告在2/2014开始，最后7/16/2014递交PERM 9089,说明
recruitment最晚在6/16/2014就结束了，然后cooling down at least 30 days,然后交
PERM 9089,可能是我知识不够，反正我没看出上面的TIMELINE有任何问题。
刚刚google了一下，发现你可能很不走运，你没列出PWD的开始日期到底是几号，我猜
测是2/2/2014以后，这样拒绝你就合理了。
你让律师把9089 form上那个I recruitement发给你看看，看看什么广告是在PWD以后开
始的，之前的广告重新做一下，或许能避免重做一些广告，然后再交PERM，或者file
motion to reconsideration,不知道哪个时间更快，问问其他律师。

律师说基本上只能重新弄了，我老板挺火大的要求换律师，并且要现在雇的律师赔钱。
我的是挂在公司网站上的广告打早了。
在公司网站的广告是2月1号开始
我的prevailing wage是2月6号到6月30号。如果file的时候稍微注意下在公司网站上
重新打一下就行了。
再就是另一个理由我理解就是30天的cooling down要包含在pervailing wage里面，
因为理由里面另一个原因就是我的priority date是7月16号而我的prevailing wage那
个时候到期了。

用了个bkviewer，
快门190，正常，谢拉

问一下，这个意思是公司打广告的日期要在 PWD certified的期间吗？
刚刚上网查了一下，好像2个条件满足一个就可以：
1. 在PWD 开始日期后，run first ad
2. 在PWD结束日期前， file PERM petition.
有没有过来人确定一下。

我从来没折腾过。P+快门都10万多的。除了C+一直听说快门很早歇菜了，其他都么什么
问题，蜂鸟上看到过40万快门数的D60在卖

并且,pat pat LZ。这个律师太不尽责了。他们处理太多cases了，麻木到难以体会每一
个case对那个申请人都是多么重要。好在lz的老板很向着你，这样就不怕，总能想到办

提交上去不久就被拒了吗？记得上次还有一个人也是因为什么东西过期被拒了的，不过
是等了两年才被拒的。

最近刚开始perm 过程，根据这个帖子。我有些疑问，请已经perm过的指点：
1）　是否在form 9089列出了　recruitment　和提交perm 的日期;
2）　我之前问我们的律师，他说prevailing wage 的时候，不想做招聘，等完了之后
再做，在他给的summary 里面　他这样写的：“With a prevailing wage in place,
we proceed through a 30 day advertising period”
不知道上面是不是有问题。也不知道为啥，去年就讨论完了job description,现在还不
提交ＰＷＤ，难道是等招聘旺季。　ｄａｎｇ．．．只能问候律师的父母了。

recruitment日期会在ETA9089列出
提交的日期还用列么？你哪天交的DOL还能不知道么
拿到了PWRD再招聘没问题
现在1月8号，如果是去年圣诞节前讨论晚了JD现在没交PWD很正常吧

难道你广告的工资低于PWD？一般广告提前打，但是工资高于之后的PWD应该没事
而且你广告后这么久才递交PERM，太冒险了点吧
