板上置顶的蓝鸟说的很详细很好，我想问下Server怎么使用啊？是不是也是在CVS买白
香草然后往Server里面冲钱和蓝鸟一样？还是其他的使用方法。
我考古过了，没发现特别详细的。在AMEX server官网上看了，没有看到可以用信用卡
往里面add money的（是算成Cash advance了）。

well, he can relist for free. But he might count in labor fee or time
compensation.

1st, u paid yet or not?
2nd, what is ur bottomline(rpwise)?
Try not to threaten him, no good for u.

2. hard to say. I contacted him 5 min after the transaction. Change of heart
. Just thought we can work it out if mutual agreement was reached. Then he
sent emails directly to me asking for compensation. I felt I should play
hard ball if he intends to.
I just threatened him politely....sigh. I know it is bad but plainly asking
for $12 is quite outrageous.

其实是我刚付完钱，就看到另一个pana 20mm，价格一样，附送滤镜，免邮费。就跳了
后者cancel前者。
前者又list出来了。

of the item is just above $300.
The seller only needs to relist the item with not much effort. And win a
positive feedback in return. I don't see where all this hatred comes from.
It's not like I reject the package and cost the seller shipping.

一般对relist的东东我也会多少猜测一下，所以对seller还是有影响的。

首先这么做，你肯定不能threaten 人家的100% fb。
这是典型的buyer remorse，在FM上说不定就吃neg了。在ebay上，人家report你，严重
的你会被ebay 封掉（可能是7天短封）。这是strongly against ebay policy的。
然后，如果是我，会把它卖掉，而不是cancel掉。

Do you understand what is called CONTRACT?! Why don't you research carefully
before you place the bid?
If you didn't buy it, the seller's listing wouldn't have ended and he might
have sold it successfully to somebody else. Yes, he can relist it. But if he
can't sell the second time, he will lose the listing fee. You waste his
relisting opportunity as well.
Pay him $12. You still saved $88.

你还是不理解ebay,无论付不付钱，buyer永远是大爷，只要你够黑。
至于cancel transaction,seller有没有损失不好说，碰上这样的buyer,很烦

，tracking不update，三是买家死活不付钱，四是买家给neg，五是买家索取partial
refund，六是硬要退货。所以我说，这种东西没寄就cancel的其实还好。

卖的多就啥人都碰上了，不过还是nice的居多。有一阵子跟每个buyer要一张他们拍的
照片，还真有不少人给。
