刚把房子买了，然后就换了工作，搬到了外州。不想出租，因为以后还可能会搬回来。
不知道大家有什么建议，怎么维护？是不是应该找个property management公司帮着照
看房子？
需要的就是每周去个人，给通通风，检查检查屋子的情况。外加每周给剪剪花草什么的
。不知道另外还需要做什么？

CMOS的成本低，高感好，但CCD的色彩好，所以高端的仍然用CCD，例如很多数码后背。

K10D的CCD比K20D的CMOS的色彩好不少吧，至今还有人在称赞K10D的色彩。

这还是要看用途吧，而且技术是不断进步的，CCD和CMOS技术应该都在进步。135相机上现在CMOS是主流，应该主要还是CMOS成本低，高感好。
但对一些高端产品来说，画质和色彩可能是更重要的。我想没有几个用数码后背的人会去
过分追求低成本和高感。
