ebay上BIN买下的镜头，立即付了款，卖家在list里说好one business day handling,
结果5天都没任何消息，期间发了3，4个ebay messages给卖家,丫根本没任何反应，第
六天忍无可忍dispute了，卖家直接refund，辩称说镜头坏了没法寄了。这种情况你们
给不给negative？

这种一般都是 Neg 完了上来汇报一下。

我当然留negative了，这次碰到极品了，要求我revise feedback，被我decline之后，
叽叽歪歪，抓住我说的一句 "have no idea if you sold the lens to someone else.
....", 威胁说要以诽谤和我打官司，“I'm about ready to take civil legal
action for your libelous comments. i would willingly pay $1000 in legal fees
to defend a $300 claim, and to stop people like you from running at the
mouth. "I have no way of knowing...if he sold the lens...." was your
downfall. You published that on ebay and it constitutes libel. Defending a
libel suit is costly business.“

你确实不应该这样留feedback，因为你也不能确定seller是否真的把东西卖给别人了
不过他敢威胁你确实是一种很SB的做法

赫赫,我也是这么认为的，所以觉得这个seller很搞笑啊，从头至尾我没有一句claim他
肯定是卖给其他人了，只是提出可能，都不知道他咋提告。
所以偶这么回他：
You can do whatever you want. Why do you always avoid to answer my question
"why don't you reply any of my messages I sent to you during that 5 days?"
You promised in your list you will ship it out one day after I made the
payment, but you didn't. If the lens is really damaged as you said, you
should inform me by replying my message. The worse thing you did was you
never replied or refund me until I filed the disput

IT 是BLUFF. 但FB 只应当STATE THE FACTS. 加猜测对读FB的人来说, FB 的
CREDIBILITY 降低了.

偶feedback里压根没提他说的那茬，我留的这样：“won and paid, but no response,
no shipment after 5 days, have to dispute.”
我猜测他卖给别人是decline他改feedback的要求时付的理由。
