I used metabank visa from bestbuy and giftcardmall, but after selecting "
debit load", swiping the gc, and entering the pin (the last 4 digits), it
still asked for pin and "_ _ _ _ _ " showed on the screen of the keypad.
Then, no matter what I input, it just kept asking for the pin. Anyone knows
why this happened? Is it the machine that has issues? Thanks.

第二次refinance了
第一次的时候很平稳，交了settlement的钱，过段时间旧的escrow钱就退回来了
第二次完了两个月了也没收到退得钱
查了一下新的escrow，里边余额是负的，刚交了$3xxx的property tax，
可是hud里一项写的是escrow initial deposit $5xxx，（settle的时候交了张$7xxx的
支票）
现在有点糊涂了，按理说旧escrow的钱要退给我们吧？
还有escrow里不应该是负的吧

Try CSR in money center. The ATM system has been updated and asks for a
second pin to block gc loading

escrow account里的钱每一笔出入都应该有帐可寻的, 查一下不就清楚了.

one knows what is the trigger.

只能查到refinance之后的，只有两个月信息
之前的信息账户里看不到
