去年12月file的EB1b，上周收到RFE，本人case比较一般，是生物医学类的，2010年开
始做Research Associate，老板同意帮忙准备eb1b.
Paper： 30+
Citation： 100+（Independent citation）
Review：15+
TSC, officer 399给的RFE
今天终于收到 RFE Letter, 有几个问题想请教一下，
Q1, RFE Letter 里在要求补材料之前有这么一段话，
The E12 immigrant classification appplies to proferssors and researchers who
are recognized internationally as outstanding in a specific academic area.
The individual must have at leaset 3 years of experience in teaching and/or
research in the academic area and be assking to enter the United States ....
请问这是要求提供三年研究经验的证明， 还是只是套用模板?
Q2, RFE letter request Documentation to establish that there is a qualifying
offer of employment. It must be shown that the petition has offered the
benificiary a qualifying offer of employment.
Please submit evidence that a qualifying offer of employment exists. The
offer of employment shall be in the form of a letter from ...
(1) ...
(2) ...
(3) A department, division, or institute of a private employer offering the
beneficiary a permanent research position in the beneficiary's academic
field. The department, division, or institute must demonstrate that it
employs at least three persons full-time inresearch positions, and that it
has achived documented accomploshments in an academic field.
请问有没有朋友收到类似的要求？ 该如何准备答复呢？
