元老级别到niw 苦主！！
Time line:
PD: 09/2010
RD: 04/2015
RFE: 07/08/2015。。。
今天收到主申请人都RFE邮件。。感觉真是无厘头。。
要求两个，
1.说我没有提交出生公正。。。
我记得交的是4页的公证，是在2008或者2009年办的。。中英文各两页，一共四页。。
也有父母的名字。。
各位大侠，这个不对吗？还是说，这份文件需要在美国notary service？
2. 更无厘头。。要我提供在opt期间 ‘evidence that you maintained your
nonimmigrant status'...我已经提交了opt期间的EAD卡，正反两面的复印件。。。还
需要什么吗？
感觉这两个材料都是齐全的，想不通为什么会rfe。。。会不会是他们乌龙没有看到啊？
请版主和各位给分析一下。。

出生公证那个怀疑是他们丢了
我觉得原样在提供一份复印件即可
opt那个，rfe notice里面有没有举例说可以提供哪些文档？

I guess for OPT, you may also provide the relevant I-20, although I think
they're the same thing.

b) A photocopy of the certificate of...（I-20M-N...DS-2016）(觉得和我没干系
。。所以就不码字了。。)
c) A photocopy (front and back) of your arrival/departure record (Form I-94).
我觉得当初EAD有一个mail slip。。。算是receipt。。。把它复印一下，和EAD的复印
件寄过去？
其他还要什么吗？

1400000/6.8 = 2.05k
the biggest portion in there,
1Ds III = 4k. 428 IS = 5.5k
altogether = somewhere ~16.5k
you lose 4k
It's just around 25% overpriced, so it's ok, compared to many crazy ebay
listings that overprice for over 200%.

我的I-20是5/31/2006结束。。然后EAD卡上面是6/1/2006开始。
RFE要求我提供06/01/2006 以后的证据。。。我估计officer已经看到我原来的I-20，
所以没有必要再给他一份了吧？

OPT EAD有有配套的I-20
办EAD的时候学校应该出两份I-20，一份用于EAD申请，一份自己存档，你的是不是丢了啊

我的理解是你提供OPT和OPT延期的批准件
我记得我的是绿色的I-797，不记得是否是跟EAD卡一起到的了
另外OPT转H-1B时候的I-797批准件也提供
再加上I-94就可以了

没听说，opt 还有 I-20？？？
以下是我网上找到的咨询。意思是opt不需要I-20 extension吧。。。
I am in F-1 visa status. I finished my degree and was authorized for
Optional Practical Training (OPT). Do I still need to maintain a valid I-20?
Your I-20 remains valid even after your program completion if your ISS
adviser has endorsed page 3 for OPT and you have submitted your OPT
application to USCIS. Your SEVIS record remains active and you do not need
to extend your I-20 to match the end date on your EAD card. You will still
need a travel signature every six months if you plan to travel outside of
the U.S. and will return to resume employment. A letter of employment is
needed when you travel.

Yes, OPT does have I-20, these I-20 are included in my package, double check
your graduate school's ISO.

没有I-20的话如果OPT期间去签证难道是拿EAD去签么？

关于opt，在大家的帮助下，短短1个小时内，大概知道问题所在。。我当初没有提交
opt的i-797，以及I-20上面opt标注的页。这次把他们全部复印（这个officer太仔细
，也是我不仔细）
关于出生证。我的4页出生证应该没问题吧？还是寄的原件呢。。。这次打算就把复印
件给弄一遍。
现在还没有收到ld的RFE。。。
如果绿了，一定回来派包子！！
