放狗搜了一下，这三家条约指1963年7月至8月赫鲁晓夫集团与美、英两国在莫斯科签
订了《禁止在大气层、外层空间和水下进行核试验条约》。
原来是三方订的条约，而不是三个条约。囧

你看看拍摄的手法：动用的人力，器材，上面遥控直升机,路面铺轨道，这么严肃认真地想
拍出个东西,缺在后期上制作那么cheap的色调来伪hip

I think if you look at it this way, you will understand it better:
It's hip because it's not purposely trying to be hip.
It's trying to tell a story, period. All the techniques involved only to be there to assist narrating the story. Also, Chase Jarvis is trying to maintain a photojournalist appeal - which includes a little bit of rawness (hence the lack of final grading in colors). It creates a bit of unrefined edges which I think actually enhanced the overall visual appeal.

整个短片,５分钟，动用４个摄影师,四台机器４个机位拍摄，试图想讲述一个story,让

hehe, obviously you have a thing about graffiti artists. Did they vandalize your car or something？
I think it's quite alright if you don't like it. 萝卜白菜吗。There are many things I don't quite care for from Chase Jarvis. His entire "the best camera you got is the camera with you" movement is very ... again hip ... but not a thing for me (partially because I have a thing about iphones).
Hip also means different things to different people. We have some people thinking listening to Starker and Rostrop

早就说过：视频这玩意不是随便玩的，相机能视频，这仅仅是万里长征第一步。视频拍
摄，难在附件和时间，没有轨道之类的昂贵附件，难以拍出电影感觉的东东；没有大把
的时间搞视频处理，也还是不要玩视频的好。。。
所以我现在基本无视相机的视频功能，可恨的是以后买相机居然躲不开这个功能了。。
。
