还没收到EAD／FP，刚才打电话ＵSCIS 做了 expedite request。

RD是6月8号；问题我是J visa，月底到期。没有EAD要失业。
call 800－375－5283， ask expedite request。吧你的紧急情况说一下。

没消息就是好消息
我当时也request了加急，因为等EAD卡工作，结果一天就收到回复说不是紧急情况，不
能加急
你这都好几天了，应该不会像我一样

I asked for expedite for my wife's case because 70 days passed and
expiration date is approaching fast. They expedited it and on the second day
they sent a request of service requesting I140 copy. You do not call them,
they just ignore you, you call them for expedite, they ask for more evidence
so that it is not their fault.

Have you received any email from USCIS?
I did expedite request on Monday, they sent me email on Tuesday and
requested for supporting documentation of emergency.

Still waiting...
No, I didnot get email from USCIS. I called this morning again. The
lady said USCIS send a letter by mail to tell me to wait another 15 days for
decision...

最近感觉加急的标准有所提高，而且即使批准加急也没有特别快。所以如果不是十万火
急（理由充分的不得了）的话，也许等待还来得快些。
