这把算很便宜的了，我上次买的shun pro 2系列的santoku，半价还要$180。

$81 is good price for a shun of most usable size (8 inch chef)
pro 2 is one level higher than this one (which is classic i believe) though.

pro 2 是最高系列的了。

最高系列是elite, 用的是SG2
classic pro pro2 alton系列都是用 VG10

SG2材质里，最高应该是KAJI龙纹系列。
elite系列虽然是SG2的，但给的钢不多，pro 2系列比它贵多了。

remember reading some review rated elite better than pro-2. but i guess
knife-rating is always a personal thing

elite的刀双刃、轻。pro 2的重、而且是单刃，切起来对食物的破坏最小。
不过平时用起来我都是用轻的那把……手感好点
