Supply and demand 101: Both as assets, real estate's value is shaky

单位惯例，圣诞节前夜下午放假。不过今年圣诞节在周六，因此礼拜五放圣诞节假，今
天放圣诞节前夜半天
假。

这图不正好说明了房子对黄金是超卖了嘛。
上面那个什么ID竟然推出结论说这个图说明现在黄金比房子要合算。
准确来说呢，房子应该是在2012年option arm调整利率的高峰后的时候买比较好。但黄
金的价值现在是超过了其他的产品了，其他的东西至少要根上，或房子升，金子降也行
，然后2020年后会黄金再见顶。
