IE，打开Internet Options
在connection tab那里，LAN settings那里，输入匿名proxy
http://www.proxy.com.ru/gaoni/ 列表里有一堆
（我用的是 207.91.10.234 8080 这个代理刷出来的）
设置好后，打开chrome，然后右上角菜单，点第三个“打开新的隐身窗口”
英文叫做“New incognito window ”啥的
把信用卡申请链接paste到地址栏
如果没刷出25K，关掉隐身窗口，继续打开新的隐身页面，重复直到刷出来
不用chrome的话，可以用IE，但要清cookies

all the evidence.
Anyway, treat the RFE as filing it again, so give them all you have.
And how many citations are for the Chinese paper, and how many are for the 7
English papers? Try to look for some long citation in review articles, and
put them in the front to impress the IO. If your paper just published in
2011 or 2012, you may have the references stating that for new paper, this
citation is not low at all. Or, have the reference stating that you are
doing pioneer work, so low citation is normal.
List the journals of your publication, show that they are the top-ranked
journals in your field.
They also talked about the internationally outstanding. So spread your
references out, and maybe listing all the institute that cited you, or
contacted you for paper/code/results.

我仔细看了一下RFE，IO承认我提交了evidence of the beneficiary's citation
record...
A review of the record does not establish that ...
1. please submit a complete record of the scholarly books or articles...
2. updated results from scholarly literature search websites to show
beneficiary's citation record excluding cites by the beneficiary, coauthors
and research group
3. evidence provided shows the beneficiary has acted as a judge of the work
of others in their academic field..however, 就是说这个不能证明国际影响力，可
以交editorial position, large number review, reviewer for membership/prizes
etc
我的问题：
1。这个情况是不是要求补独立引用，还是这个只是要求补引用的模板话，引用低如果
在交独立的可能就更不好看了
2。这种情况是不是还应该补editor的信证明reviewer要有国际影响力，我原来有一封
，又找到了一封，还有一个editor也答应写，但是因为现在找独立推荐人关于

https只是用来secure connection的，握完手以后还是要用cookie来查session。https
之所以能防范session hijacking是因为把通讯加密了所以你sniff不到。换了一个ip上
来还能match上session就说明是正常的session，有毛需要防的。
从OSI model来看，SSL运行在layer 5，HTTP运行在layer 7，码工干活的地方就更是往
上的皮毛了，完全不相干。

如果黑客控制了你的电脑就可以轻易的复制你的cookie,然后在自己的电脑上另起一个
新的connection,他们唯一没有办法复制的就是你的ip address，所以新的https 安全
协议不仅握手后要检查口令（cookie），而且还要保证request来源是同一个，这样才
能达到加密的目的，把response package 漫无目的的发送，那是旧的http,往指定的固
定的地方安全发送（别人没法拦截），这才是https secure layer的精髓所在。哥学CS

不好意思，这个太搞笑了。要是黑客都控制了你的电脑了何必再搞别的，直接查看要看
的信息就行了。
SSL要解决的是man in the middle窃听，IP地址不能变说的是连接地点是否可信。第一
次连接到HTTPS proxy确实不可信，HTTPS proxy可以存下整个上层状态甚至复制，但是

可能的安全性问题：
1. 刷出了$25K后，HTTPS proxy劫持session用掉了你刷的$25K，你发现申请被中断。
2. AMEX程序猿是吃屎的，每次收到request不生成一个nounce发给客户端下次request
用，于是HTTPS proxy和你共享一个session其乐融融。

我用公司电脑的firefox隐身直接就刷出25k来了
想问一下，这个卡有什么用？好像除了15个月0利率外，没有什么特别好的reward

俄罗斯人搞的Proxy都敢用，直是胆子大！如果Identity被盗，这辈子花在这上的时间
和精力要远远超过这点蝇头小利，不值得！
