每个财政年的开始几个月会用Date for Filing。最后几个月会用Final Action Date。
财政年是10月开始的。你要等到10月才会再用Date for Filing。

Honor了就能交表了。后一个问题取决于"process"都包括什么内容了。第一排期到之前
肯定不会完全process，也不应该一点也不process。但是这都是猜。兴许从USCIS第一
眼看到485到绿卡发出去两个小时都不用呢
