我目前H1工作第三年。被申请绿卡的事情完全搞糊涂了
听说很多人从H1第一二年就开始申请绿卡了，可是申请工作绿卡不是需要至少五年的工
作经历吗？
我第三年H1结束后一定换工作，新的工作找sponsorH1的问题应该也不大。像我现在这
样，到底什么时候可以开始申请绿卡？

购房合同上是45天mortgage contingency, 60天closing. 现在已经40天了，贷款还没

Collective at Stanford (CWCS), the United Chinese Alumni Associations (UCAA)
and the Dalian University of
Technology Silicon Valley Alumni Association (DUTSVAA) are jointly
sponsoring a photography contest titled
“150 Years of Dreams and Struggles: the lives and spirit of Chinese
Students in America”. We’re looking for
original compositions that depict the lives of Chinese Americans, students
and expats in a way that best
exhibit their hopes, dreams, aspirations, and trailblazing spirit.
All submissions will be shown on our Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/150-Years-of-
Dreams-and-Struggles-Photography-contest/114163348658874#! and our website

http://www.ucaanc.org/. The most "liked" photograph on Facebook will be awarded the special prize
"People on Facebook like me award". People can visit our website http://www.ucaanc.org/ after March 15th

University in April as part of Stanford

一工作就开始申请绿卡， 哪有神马需要工作5年， 绿卡是越早动手越好， 您比较沉得
住气， 居然能等到H1 第三年才琢磨此事， 美国很多工作不SPONSOR H1， 我自己找第
二个工作时明显有EAD 比需要SPONSOR H1 容易找工作。

I counted that as 2 times, my lawyer said there's no problem to do that. So
I didn't say how many papers I reviewed, it is said like "I've reviewed xx
times".

楼主应该是被误导了。五年工作经验指的是EB3想要upgrade上EB2，但是现在流行的是
EB2降级到EB3因为EB3更快。。。
P.S. 绿卡的职位是可以定性为未来职位的，我认识的有台湾朋友F1-OPT时期就开始办
perm-140，OPT刚结束就直接上485 EAD了。。。
赶紧找律师开始准备材料吧。。。

不知道你用律师没有，如果有律师，让他和银行联系push一下，比自己催管用。

让你的loan agent给你催。你自己应该没有UW的contact。他们不直接面对客户。

H1B绿卡可以在入职前开始，所以从H1B入职时间 -10～+10年都是可以的

购房贷款按时close 最重要。
我们是直接放款，今天才close,前后大概25 天。在加州San Diego.
borrower 也相当配合。

我们是直接放款，今天才close,前后大概25 天。在加州San Diego.

记住，你要在第5年底前递交perm申请，自己倒算时间，不要指望你拿份材料，公司会
当天就给你签字，要花时间等

您自己不能直接联系lender. 一般如果材料没问题, 十几天就可以出doc. 所以早点准
备好材料. 同时选lender也很重要. 有的lender本身就很慢.

一般H1工作的人申绿卡都是走EB2，EB3居多，都要公司sponsor你，所以你得看公司。
