可以先私下聊聊, 差不多了才能告诉 manager. 比如说 schedule interview with key people first if interview is required. some managers are tough, they will follow strict policy, ie you have to let your current manager know first. most are very flexible I think.

看对方manager的行事风格。很多时候,他可能第一时间就问“Have you talked with your current manager?” 对方manager一般的确不会顾及你现任老板的想法,但是他也不愿意做无用功。如果现 任manager明确表示不愿意放人,他也没办法。
