particularly good at hiring," Bock says. "We looked at tens of thousands of
interviews, and everyone who had done the interviews and what they scored
the candidate, and how that person ultimately performed in their job. We
found zero relationship."

另外面试表现这东西也有很大主观因素,同样“表现好”可能差别就很大

LZ你对这段话理解错了吧。这段话是说面试官的水平都差不多。没有哪个面试官推荐的
员工表现更好或者更差。
