确实有这种说法吗？所谓的risk有多大？
Hi xxx,
Since these new actions started taking place, we recommend filing without
the premium processing request for I-140/AOS EB-3 Downgrades. Your
application has already been received by USCIS, and we want to make sure
that we do not jeopardize what is already a strong application by requesting
premium processing. Please let me know whether you would still like to

我们这疙瘩版刻的利率表一天定一次，早上10点半。
不知道跨个周末变不变，周一早上醒来还能锁上个周五的利率吗？
另外，怎么解读下周一的日本重磅数据？（不过不重要了，等醒来已经成型了。。。）

买了个H+ 16-50/2.8， back focus非常严重，我在K7上微调到头(+10)了都还差一点，
这个怎么办，如果送Pentax修，大概多少钱，没有receipt，也不在保修期内了，多谢

不好意思，用手机拷贝的时候漏拷了律师关键信息：
Due to very recent action by USCIS there is a now a risk USCIS may reject
the AOS/I-140 application by submitting the application with a request for
premium processing without the original labor certificate (PERM). While this
had not been an issue in the past, it has now become a possible issue going
forward. Therefore, we recommend filing without the premium processing
request for EB-3 Downgrades. With this in mind, kindly confirm how you wish
to proceed. Please let me know if you have any additional questions, and I
will be glad to assist. Thank you.

我也遇到过，当时星55有个copy，+10还是back focus
不过好在我是新的直接送回retailer了

律师进一步的解释如下。有人最近PP成功的吗？不知道所谓的risk有多大，值不值得
take risk.
The original PERM (Labor Certificate) was submitted in the past, and we
cannot file Premium Processing for that EB-2 case as that PERM has already
been approved. For the I-140/AOS EB-3, we include a copy of the PERM as
proof of the original PERM, since we cannot include the PERM (which USCIS
already has). Because of recent changes, USCIS is not accepting Premium
Processing requests with cases that do not include the original PERM. If
you do submit a premium processing request (even after receiving the
receipts from USCIS) there is still a risk USCIS will deny your I-140/AOS
application. As previously mentioned, kindly confirm how you wish to proceed
. Please let me know if you have any additional questions, and I will be
glad to assist. Thank you.

我们也觉得律师说的PP导致140和485被拒很不合理，正在跟律师double check.

称不上大拿, 但是在我的lender里是不能这么做的. 别说是上个星期五的, 就是一分钟
前的rate也不能行.
锁rate的时候先要pricing, 之后只有几十秒的时间按lock button, 过了这个时间就要
重新pricing.

在我刨根问底之后，律师开始松口了。我有点怀疑他之前说的140和AOS全部因为PP被拒
的案例会不会是因为还没收到回执就申请PP?
Yes you may proceed with filing a request to upgrade the I-140 to premium
processing now. Again it has a 50/50 chance the request will be accepted by
USCIS. The good news I checked the mail and looks like we just got the
receipt notice therefore were good to proceed (see below instructions about
the process)

我的亲家告诉偶上头下达的指令单只一日一次，10点半分水岭。
又分agency loan vs non-agency loan，
其中一个好像不用pricing，另一个要，忘了是哪一个了，啥区别？

这个问题比较复杂，别刻意对某个焦段在近距离测跑焦
否则总有按葫芦瓢的感觉。
建议综合看一下各个焦段的跑焦情况，特别是非测试情况下，日常拍摄的距离和焦段。
再考虑到底调多少。

我的经历是这样的:
降级pp。递交一个星期后pp给退回来了，其他都收了，只是目前还没有收到receipt
notice。应该下周差不多。UScis回信是30天后可以pp。所以降级的同学别急着pp。等
收据到了再pp就可以。

你所谓的30天是指从递交开始算对吧？我递交已经超过30天了，并且已经收到了回执才
开始让律师申请PP的。

我的上次早上打电话问我要不要锁，偶犹豫了一下，后来就又狂飙半月，捶胸顿足。
他说偶明儿早看了数据再给他打电话，
如果觉得数据刻意伪造，他login from home给偶锁。
再三问了这么干会不会影响他的业绩和声誉，答曰not at all。
难道这就是公家和私家的区别？

an I-140 petition when it is a downgrade – I do apologize for not
remembering that information when I emailed you last week. However, premium
processing for the I-140 does not speed up the overall green card process.
The I-485 processing is not impacted by the speed at which the I-140 is
approved.
这是不是最近的新操作啊？
还是等收到收据，再让律师PP？

50mm段基本用于中距拍人像了。
你试试把测试目标放在1m-2m左右地方，再测测
如果还是明显跑焦调不好，
就送修，同时附带一封情真意切的信，大意是我几年以前买了16-50mm，很喜欢，但是
发现在新买的K-7上面跑焦严重，无法用机内校正，希望Pentax能帮你免费调，即使是
保修已经过了。
信的样板可以参考我几年以前在本版贴过的文章，不知道精华区是否还有保留。

By the way, what your lawyer said, "The I-485 processing is not impacted by
the speed at which the I-140 is approved.", is not true.
When your I-140 is pending, you are not in the line for 485 interview.
Depending on the capacity and backlog of your local CIS office, it might add
several months or more to your overall green card process.

我们一开始的那个律师在邮件里加入了另一个更资深的律师后同意PP了，而且确认了PP
如果被拒，485申请本身应该不受影响并且$1225会退还。
收到收据后再PP.

同意，从我周围三个朋友的经历看，140 PP得早晚对485进度确实有影响。

今年排期到了我才PP的。485 receipt 还没收到

我双飞pp被拒了，重新交140 485不pp，现在拿到receipt了，打算重新pp
