我前年三月份申的csp，五月四号拿到的bonus，今天再申请的话可以拿到开卡奖励吗？
因为虽然过了24个月，但是还没到25个月整

查485的receipt notice，是这个状态：
At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please
contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional
information.
131和765的是正常的，跟notice上写的一样。
请问这是正常状态吗？是上周一收到的到nsc。
