病人feedback: 51, 100%.

paypal won't accept my European VISA card and my U.S. Visa card has too
little funds on it. I can send you the money immediately by Western Union or
by bank transfer (the first being much faster, of course, as you would have
it in 20 minutes). So could you please either send me your actual name,
address, state and zip for Western Union or your complete banking
information for a wire transfer. Needless to say the cost of Western Union
or a bank transfer are payable by ME, not you! I can do either immediately!
