The Texas Service Center has approved the following
I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker
that had been filed under the Premium Processing Service:
Receipt Number: SRC********
Petitioner: XX XXX
Priority Date: 05/04/11
。。。。。
The form I-797 Approval Notice will follow in the mail.
到uscis网上track:
On May 11, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I140
IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the
notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at
1-800-375-5283.
自己DIY没经验， 算是140批了吗？
