为什么HP不能修without spending money？
Hello, you delivered my laptop (The HP xxxxxx 17.3-Inch Laptop) much faster
than I expected, thank you for that, BUT it had an HARD DISK ERROR meaning
an hardware problem and would not let me start windows after I installed it.
I want to return this laptop, please.

warranty是limited, 不包括软件。我以前的toshiba的DVD光盘坏了，送去修，人说是
软件问题，还有charge我钱。后来我让他修了，但是他们忘了要我的钱，呵呵。

我送的是local的repair center, 和toshiba 有合作的。所以只要是软件问题，
warranty都不包。也是可以理解，因为人家只做硬件，软件是MS的问题。

估计所有的厂家warranty都是只保硬件，不保软件。这个家伙似乎是说硬盘有问题，但
他为什么要自己安装windows呢？也不知道安的是不是盗版的。现在他说windows没法启
动了，找厂家的话，人家肯定说是软件的问题，是不会管的。
我觉得你可以告诉他本来本子是好的，他自己安装软件搞坏了，东西都用过了，怎么给
你退?

我靠，大牛们帮我看看，实在是超出偶的能力了，这是咋回事？
I will tell you exactly what happened...
I received the package and immediately opened it. I did what the
instructions told me to...how to set it up etc.
I followed the procedure for installing Windows 7.
It created my log-in, my password (Finger-print) and what sort of
environment I would work in.
I am not sure if not being able to connect to the internet did anything to
it, but sometimes the school's network fails to meet my expectations and
