My impressions are from sample photos of the two.
The thing is even for portraits (which the 24-70 should excel), feel that 70
-200 f4L captures sharper images, guess b/c 24-70 is a quite aged model? Or
b/c it doesn't have IS?
Though the 70-200 will need more space to take portraits.

把光圈都缩到4，都打到70端，关掉IS试试

portrait needs 85mm/1.2 or 135mm
