Mechanical Engineering背景，本身也属ME program，因为本系是MAE DEPARTMENT，本
人答辩完了，临近毕业
，老板是Aerospace Engineering program的，今天突然跟我说要我转AE毕业，原因大
概是他好几年没PHD毕
业，系里对他有些意见
，所以估计是拿我给系里做个交代，老板也是tenured，跟我说如果不是很重要也不会
要求我这样，听口气貌似没得谈了，而且我以后还要找他写推荐信找工作什么的，所以
不敢得罪，估计得从了，所以上来问问，像我这样ME背景拿个AE的PHD然后在ME领域找
工作影响大吗？心里没底，上来先问问，希望各位前辈不吝赐教，先谢谢了！

Employer ID Number，银行一般需要这个来开Business账户

biz cards can issue many cards to employees using different card numbers and
card holder names but still all belong to the same master account. most
want your EIN when you apply but some small time biz cc can do w/o EIN.
In US, anyone can claim he is a sole proprietor doing business w/o any
registration or business name. If you want a biz cc just say you are a sole
proprietor - in fact dr wang you are.
then again many comsumer protection regs may not apply to biz cc.
