给他寄了个东西, 嫌包装箱破了, 要求return. 我马上联系AMZ要replacement, 然后把
return label 发给他让他寄给AMZ。 现在他居然还想让我refund 他的shipping cost.

I did not pay return shipping as you stated, but it was very inconvenient
for me to repack and drop off the return parcel to the UPS center about 10
miles from my home. The driver would not take the return when he delivered
the new one as it was not processed as a "pickup". Yes, I
accepted the option of a new replacement, but felt as a customer
accomodation, you would refund the "original" shipping cost of $8.49. I
will leave that decision up to you.

So far we obviously went through option 3, which doesn't involve
shipping credit, do you agree? Thanks!
