1. 我想升级我的帐户，就是没有3天settlement day，不存在free ride的问题。是不
是开了margin account就可以了？
2. 准备要回国了，所以要把帐户转成国际帐户，请问版上有没有在国内的，觉得
scottrade在国内往帐户里存钱或取钱如何，麻烦么？多谢

So far, you will not be able to transfer money to Scottrade account from
China. As China still forbids individual's direct overseas investment.
But you should be able to take money from Scottrade.

我记得scottrade有国际帐户的啊？
