"静养两三个月" is definitely not enough. I got exactly the same problem
playing soccer in college on a heel pass, and it wasn't until 6 months later
when I could run again without hurting, and it took almost 2 years for my
knee to fully recover. Well maybe your injury wasn't as severe as mine
though.
