们已经有几个consultant在里面工作，所以这也算是个内部推荐职位。因为是contract

DUTIES
• Performance tuning and day-to-day trouble shooting of Weblogic and
other application servers across all environments
• Monitoring of Weblogic and other applications servers across all
environments
• Installation and configuration of Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat, and
Apache, and OHS across all environments
• Documentation of standard operating processes and procedures
• Documentation of installations and environments
• Security patching and vulnerability mitigation
• Developing WLST, and other, scripts to automate work or improve
quality of service
• Implementing process and installations changes which will improve
the quality of the service being delivered
• Participate in the Middleware administrator on-call rotation which
exists to resolve production operational issues outside standard business
hours
• Perform off hours assignments as they relate to vulnerability
mitigation, patching, upgrades, or other tasks that cannot before during
normal business hours
• Supporting development teams in both implementation planning through
debugging challenges
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Abilities
• Qualified candidates will be motivational thought leaders, driven
individuals, and possess exceptional business acumen, coupled with strong
working knowledge of middleware implementations
• Demonstrated initiative, innovation, flexibility, and ability to
manage workload; achieving desired results with minimal supervision
• Diligent attention to detail, processes and quality of outputs
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing
priorities
• Ability to quickly prioritize issues/requests and be capable of
personally diving deep when required to deliver solutions within an
accelerated timeframe
• Work well under pressure and can resolve complex problems
• Work in a collaborative fashion working with whoever is necessary to
support service operation, elevates team results over individual results
• Excellent communication skills, presenting, listening and informing.
Can communicate up, down and across the organization
Experience
• 7 or more years' working in Information Technology with at least 3
years performing Weblogic application server administration in a large scale
environment; software development experience is a plus
• Experience with the practice of continuous improvement
• Experience following and enforcing ITIL practices
• Experience with UNIX and LINUX (Experience with Windows environments
is a plus)
Experience with the following is desired, but not required:
• ORACLE Identity Management Solution
• ORACLE or SQL Server database
• Other middleware products
Education
B.S Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required
