Gold and silver are always directly manipulated for political reasons so
in that regard uranium might be a more stable investment although I know
nothing about its seasonality.

I read that uranium usually trade with long term contract, and users are the
big utilty companies, and feb to may is usually when they roll over their
contract.
so if supply is tight, it will get reflected quickly in the new long term
contract.
look at the movements of silver, the big up and downs, it's so manipulated,

but the statement seems to mean "Hard on Monday", drop on Monday, not later.
I agree it has been the pattern to drop Thursday and Friday in the past 4
weeks.
